“Lucky Girl” syndrome, sounds great doesn’t it? The belief that we can manifest whatever we want just by thinking positively and using the Law of Attraction. It’s the idea that those who are successful, happy and wealthy have somehow “manifested” those things through the power of their thoughts, and is currently trending big on tiktoc

Manifestation isn’t new however, the history of manifestation goes way back to the 19th century, when the New Thought movement started. This movement focused on the power of positive thinking and the belief that we have the ability to shape our reality through our thoughts and beliefs. This movement gave rise to practices like affirmations, visualisation, and goal setting, which are still being used today.

In recent years, manifestation has become even more popular, with loads of books, workshops and online courses dedicated to teaching us how to manifest our desires. Many people who believe in manifestation argue that by focusing on positive thoughts and visualising what we want, we can attract the things we desire into our lives.
