I think for me the bit you've included different from many is how to game the 9-5 system. Too many people sell a dream that you can quit your job tomorrow and make enough in 30 days - that's true sometimes, but like your advice here I gamed the system until I had enough to leave. I do believe in taking risks, but sometimes you don't need to - just need to work a little harder for a little longer! :)
